Located in Vancouver, B.C., Durante Furniture is a second generation custom manufacturer with over 60 years’ experience in building products that are finely crafted, exceptionally comfortable and aesthetically alluring.
We work with architects, designers, owners and builders on private residential, corporate and yacht projects internationally.
The majority of our furniture is custom, but we also produce our own originally designed lines of furniture such as the Babe Series seating, the Louise Series cabinetry, the Cardin Series tables and the hand-carved Distinctive Harmony Collection.

With over 20,000 square feet of production space, the following processes are proudly controlled in-house: Design Development, Custom Veneering, Cabinetry, Finishing and Upholstery.

VENEERING
In the wood world, the finest logs are selected for veneer.
With hot, cold, and vacuum pressing ability there is no veneering task Durante cannot undertake.
Hand samples of logs available get sampled and once approved the flitches of veneer are brought into and stored in our climatically controlled veneer room. Veneers are then matched, clipped, and edge stitched to ensure perfection in seaming.
